Aluminum alloy power cable is a new type of material power cable made of AA8030 series aluminum alloy material as the conductor, using advanced technologies such as special roll forming wire twisting production process and annealing treatment. Its main characteristics are light weight, corrosion resistance, and good conductivity, and it is commonly used in power and communication systems. Compared with traditional copper cables, aluminum alloy cables have the advantages of reducing costs and improving tensile strength.

Usage characteristics:

1. The maximum working temperature of cable conductors is 90 ℃ for cross-linked polyethylene insulation and 70 ℃ for polyvinyl chloride insulation.

2. The maximum temperature of the cable conductor during a short circuit (with a maximum duration of 5 seconds) is 250 ℃ for cross-linked polyethylene insulation and 160 ℃ for polyvinyl chloride insulation;.

3. The ambient temperature during cable laying should not be lower than 0 ℃.
