Among them, "Wire and Cable" magazine is a national second level publication and the only authoritative technical magazine in China's cable industry. The papers published in this journal can serve as an important basis for applying for scientific and technological achievements and evaluating technical titles. The Wire and Cable News is the only professional newspaper in China's cable industry. Since its establishment 30 years ago, it has played a role as a bridge, link, and window for information communication within the industry. China Wire and Cable Network is a portal website for China's cable industry, and the information it publishes has important guiding significance for the entire industry. These media are valuable assets of the entire industry and are highly valued by enterprises.

8、 International Exchange and Integration

The wire and cable industry in our country has never been a closed industry, but has persisted in opening up to the outside world and widely absorbing advanced foreign technologies. The main activities include leading the Asia Cable Cooperation Organization, participating in the IEC International Standards Organization, attending international regional technical exchange conferences and exhibitions, organizing technical symposiums with foreign counterparts in China, and organizing domestic enterprises to visit abroad. The China Wire and Cable Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, which is under the jurisdiction of Up Cable, is the earliest nationally recognized cable product quality inspection institution in China. This center strictly controls the product quality of China's cable industry and has made great contributions to the sustainable development of the cable industry. It is already recognized as an authoritative inspection institution by cable product users and national cable enterprises. Although there are now more than ten units designated as national level cable product quality inspection institutions, the China Wire and Cable Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center firmly occupies the leading position of authoritative cable product testing institutions with its serious and responsible work attitude, persistent professional spirit, exquisite and flawless inspection technology, and advanced and complete testing equipment.

10、 Leading flag bearer with great national style

Speaking of the leader and shepherd. I naively believe that there is no truly qualified leader in the current Chinese wire and cable industry. The popular saying goes, 'The core naturally forms.'. The emergence of a leader relies on its professional ethics, industry wide recognition, and high reputation within the industry, rather than simply saying it is. Under the current economic system in China, the emergence of shepherds is generally appointed and recognized by relevant national departments based on merit. Its main responsibilities are to plan the vitality of the herd, indicate the direction of the herd, supervise herd behavior, and reform herd strategies. So, the leader is the executor, while the shepherd is the manager. Executors must obey the will and decisions of managers.

In short, from the facts listed above, it can be seen that the professional association of the wire and cable industry in China, a vast country, is a world-renowned leader in the cable industry with great national style. Its role should naturally be that of a shepherd, not a leader.
